The framework

The Workato Delivery Framework

The phases, gates, and templates that close the gap — from discovery to steady-state operation.

1
DiscoveryUnderstand systems, data, and requirements
2
DesignLock architecture, data mapping, security & test strategy
3
DevelopmentBuild with discipline — code, connectors, standards
4
TestValidate across unit, system, and UAT
5
DeploymentGo live with a clear cutover plan
6
HypercareStabilize, monitor, and hand off to operations

◆Every phase ends with a gate — a deliberate checkpoint, not a formality. Nothing moves forward until it’s genuinely ready.

Built for judgment, not just enforcement.
Consistent delivery. Fewer surprises. A framework the team actually uses.
