The company

What does API People do?
API People is an enterprise integration, orchestration and automation consultancy. We connect core systems — from banking cores to CRMs, ERPs and cloud platforms — into one governed, automated flow, so your teams stop patching things together manually.
Who does API People typically work with?
We started deep in financial services — banks, credit unions and fintechs running on Jack Henry, FIS, Fiserv and Corelation — and have expanded into cross-industry engagements wherever complex systems need to talk to each other.
Where is API People based?
We're headquartered in Miami, FL, with a second office in Montreal and a global team of architects, developers and integration specialists working across six countries.
What kind of problems can API People solve?
Anything from system integration and data synchronization to end-to-end process automation — lead-to-cash, employee onboarding, invoice processing, EDI and more. If two systems need to share data reliably, it's in scope.
Does API People only work with banks?
No. Core banking is our deepest specialty, but the same integration and automation expertise applies to any industry running on Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, SAP and similar systems.
What's the difference between integration, orchestration and automation?
Integration connects systems so data flows between them. Orchestration governs how and when that flow happens across multiple systems. Automation removes the manual steps in between. Most engagements involve all three.
Where can I find API People's brand assets and logos?
Our full brand guidelines, logo kit, and color and typography specs are available on our Brand Guidelines page — everything you need for co-marketing, partner decks, or press materials.
02

Platforms & connectors

What core banking platforms do you support?
Jack Henry (SilverLake, Symitar, CIF 20/20), FIS (IBS, Horizon), Fiserv (Premier, DNA) and Corelation Keystone, among others.
What is the Connector Marketplace?
A library of pre-built, production-tested connectors between core banking systems and the platforms your business runs on. Every connector listed has already been deployed in a real client environment — nothing is a prototype. Browse the marketplace →
What if I need an action or connector that isn't in the Marketplace?
We build it. As a Jack Henry FIN Member, we also have direct access to Symitar and SilverLake test environments to develop and validate custom solutions quickly.
Does API People only build on one platform, like Workato?
No. We're platform-agnostic by design — certified across Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi and other leading iPaaS tools — so we recommend and build on whatever fits your existing stack, not what's easiest for us to sell.
Can API People help us use AI in our workflows?
Yes. We integrate assistants like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and Copilot into existing automation — scoping access and credentials carefully so AI adds value without adding risk.
03

Working together

How does a typical engagement start?
With a no-obligation discovery call. Bring us your hardest connection problem and we'll map out exactly how we'd solve it and what it's worth to your business before any commitment is made.
How long does an integration project take?
It depends on scope, but pre-built connectors and reusable templates mean many integrations go live in days or weeks rather than months of custom development.
Do we need to replace our existing systems to work with you?
No. We build the connective layer between the systems you already have — no rip-and-replace required.
How do I get started?
Book a consultation. We'll talk through your systems, your bottlenecks and the cleanest path to getting them connected. Talk to an expert →
04

Security & pricing

How do you handle security for sensitive financial data?
Every connector and integration uses enterprise-grade authentication and encryption, built to meet financial-services compliance standards from day one.
How much does a project cost?
It varies by scope and systems involved. We'll give you a clear, honest estimate after understanding your specific integration needs — no generic packages.
